Receiving Nutrition Assistance Benefits
(formerly the Food Stamp Program)

How will I receive my Nutrition Assistance (NA) benefits?

After the eligibility interview, you will be mailed a QUEST Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card issued by JP Morgan. The card generally arrives before the eligibility notice. Please note: you may receive the EBT card even if you are not eligible. The EBT card works just like an ATM/debit card and can be used at most local grocery stores and stores where QUEST is accepted. Learn more about what you can buy with your EBT card.

Read more about the EBT card and look under pamphlets for a guide on selecting your pin.
