Payment Information Inquiries - This option will provide: the latest benefit payment made to you (or information about the last week you filed if you did not receive a payment) and the balance remaining on your current claim.  Payment information is also available online.

 

PIN Reset Option - This option is only available during normal Call Center hours. 
Please note you may also change your PIN over the internet by clicking on the following link: Reset Personal Identification Number (PIN)

 

 Prior Calendar Year Payment Information - This option allows you to obtain payment information for income tax purposes by clicking the following link Information about UI Benefits Paid in 2014  (IRS Form 1099-G)  (provided to you in January on IRS Form 1099-G/Copy B)

Employers - Used by employers to obtain general information on various unemployment tax subjects and assistance with questions about Unemployment Insurance Tax issues.

Option  4

UI Claimants - For general questions, problems with your claim, to change your address or file for the Federal extension (EUC).  Note: An incoming call schedule has been implemented to balance out the number of phone calls received in the Call Center.  Visit our AZ UI Call Center Contact page for details.
