AZ Unemployment Insurance Call Center Phone System Options

Option 2

Employers - Used by employers to obtain general information and assistance with questions about Unemployment Insurance.

Option 4

UI Claimants - For general questions, problems with your claim, to change your address or file for the Federal extension (EUC).  Note: An incoming call schedule has been implemented to balance out the number of phone calls received in the Call Center.  Visit our AZ UI Call Center Contact page for details.

Telephone Information and Payment System (TIPS) Options

Payment Information Inquiries - This option will provide: the latest benefit payment made to you (or information about the last week you filed if you did not receive a payment) and the balance remaining on your current claim.  Payment information is also available online.

PIN Reset Option - This option is only available during normal Call Center hours.  Please note that you may also change your PIN over the Internet.

Prior Calendar Year Payment Information - This option allows you to obtain payment information for income tax purposes (provided to you in January on IRS Form 1099-G/Copy B).
