For Faster Service, Customers Can Log in to the Customer Portal
We are temporarily experiencing longer than normal response times to calls and emails. Did you know you can send questions and see your case information in the Child Support Customer Portal? Log in to the customer portal for faster service.
To further improve services to our customers, the DES Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) is upgrading to a new modern case management system, customer and employer portals. Each customer will receive a text and email with instructions when it’s time to access the new portal. Customers who would like to continue to access their case information online must register in the new portal once it’s active.
To ensure you receive information and updates that may impact you, please make sure your email address and phone number are up to date in your Arizona Child Support Portal or by contacting DCSS Customer Service.
The Arizona Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) provides services to parents and caretakers who receive child support as well as parents who pay child support. Some of the services include obtaining a child support order, collecting child, medical and spousal support from parents who have a court order, and helping unwed parents establish paternity for their child.
